Cancellations for 'one-off' services after agreement to proceed with services detailed in an estimate will incur a penalty. AFOXT Limited will determine the penalty based on time and costs incurred before notice was provided by the customer. This will at most the value of the estimate.
Please be advised that cancellations for recurring services require 1 months notice before the next scheduled payment, and are not subject to a penalty. Cancellations with less notice will be subject to a charge of half the next scheduled payment.
If AFOXT Limited wishes to change the cost of your recurring services or amend any of the terms of this cancellation policy, you will be provided with a minimum of 3 months notice. If you don't want to proceed with the changes, you can withdraw from our recurring services without incurring a penalty.
Should AFOXT Limited need to cease providing your recurring services, you will be provided with a minimum of 3 calendar months notice.
